We travelled to Orlando Florida for the vacation of our life, about 13 years ago and since then we have travelled back 2 or 3 times a year.  On our first stay in Florida, we stayed in an apartment on International Drive.  We then stayed in the Lake Buena Vista area, where our friends invited us to see them in the villas they had rented for their holiday.  We were so impressed by the size of the villas, that we decided we would rent one for our next holiday in Florida.

The next time, we rented a villa in Lindfields, off Highway 192 West - it was so spacious and we had our own private pool.  Our children and their friends were never out of it as we relaxed beside the pool.  We did not know ourselves with all this luxury.

We started to think about buying our very own villa and with this in mind, we set off looking at show models in the local area.  We came upon a new community being built at Oak Island Harbor located between markers 4 & 5 on Highway 192 West.

This location suited our requirements as it was very close to the local shops and only 3 minutes drive to Disney.  The development was very private and all the villas were extra large.  We especially loved the 4 bed show model with it's lovely décor and lavish non-standard furnishings - we loved it so much, we bought it.  The villa came with many extras, which included an extra large pool and decking area, large Jacuzzi, full garage conversion for use if you have teenagers that want their own private space on holiday, intercom throughout the villa and piped music to the pool area as well.  It also boasts 5 TV's, 2 CD players and 2 bathrooms.

The area is so well maintained, its like having a holiday in heaven being so quite and peaceful.  When the villa next door came up for sale we wasted no time in putting in an offer, so we now had 2 villas side by side.  We have been at Oak Island Harbor for the past 6 years now and still love the place and it is so handy to get to.

Our latest addition is a 6 bedroom 4 bathroom villa located at the entrance to Oak Island Harbor, yet again another show model - a real millionaires dream villa (like what you see on MTV - The stars showing off their "cribs" as they call them) - this should really tell you something about the area - it's that good, we would love to buy the whole place up.  Everywhere you want to go is only a short journey from the front door - we also have the best restaurants located only 5 minutes walk from our villas.

Splendid China theme park is located only 1 minutes drive and the local shopping mall with supermarket, photo-shop, chemists, post office etc... is only 1 minutes drive away.  All golf courses are located within 4 - 10 minutes drive depending on which one you decide to play on.

Don't take our word for this, we will supply you with names of some of our guests that have enjoyed their holiday in our villas and you can check the details out for yourself.  Don't forget that if you have teenagers in your group, our garage has been converted into a teenagers dream den - an ideal place for them to have their own space while on holiday.  All the facilities they require is in there and it's soundproofed too !!

Our 4 bed villa offers 2200 sq feet of living space with 2 sitting rooms, 3 bedrooms plus the teenagers den and can sleep 10 people comfortably.  It is fully air conditioned and comes complete with everything a home from home should have.  The pool area faces the sunshine all day long.
